The most recent addition to our family....

This is the most recent addition to our family. Santa brought Zach a puppy. Her name is Jasmine. She is part Weimeriner and part yellow lab. She is only 7 weeks old so we have had a few accidents. I'm hoping we start to get better once I'm home with her all day long. She is probably the only little girl I will ever have!!

Zach had asked for a puppy dog for Christmas, but he didn't think that Santa had real puppys at the North Pole so he wanted a stuffed one. What a surprise when Santa had left us a real puppy!!! I'm hoping I haven't signed up for too much with a baby coming too....we will see I guess.

Only 8 more days......

As you can see, my belly is getting bigger!!!

Well, after the DR's visit yesterday we only have 8 more days at the most to wait to meet our little bundle of joy. DR said if I haven't went on my own that on January 7th he will induce me. So, our little one will be here by then for sure.....if not sooner. I am dilated to a 3 so now it's just a matter of time. I can't wait to get him here. Zach keeps asking every day...."How many more days until the baby is here?"....I keep telling him, "Not very many." Corey is getting really nervous! I'm really anxious to meet the little guy.

Any Day Now

Now that Christmas is over, we are ready for our little one to arrive. I have a DR's appointment tomorrow so we will see what the doctor says. Our due date is Jan 12th, but it sounds like I could possibly be induced on Jan 7th if the little guy doesn't come before that.

I think Corey is just a little nervous!!! But so am I and this is the second round for me. Just the idea of having an infant again. Zach will be 5 in March, so it's been just a little bit. I can't wait to meet the little guy though. I'm both nervous & anxious!!

I will have to post some Christmas pictures in a few days. Hopefully I can get them downloaded one of these nights. We finally got the internet at home, so I can do all of this from my laptop instead of after I finish with work at the bank.

As soon as we get the little guy here we will be posting pictures!!! So, stay tuned......just a little over two weeks at the most.....

By the end of the night my little guy was so tuckered out he fell asleep on the way home. He hit paydirt on the candy though, Dad and Grandpa Ope will have to help him eat it all.

The Verdict was.....

Totaled.

My poor little orange pumpkin will no longer be in the Burnell family. The insurance company claimed it as a total loss. I'm going to miss that little car.....

We have gotten another car to take the place of the orange pumpkin. We are now the proud owners of a Chrysler Concord. It's a bigger car than I had thought I'd ever own, But I really do like it. It's a lot roomier than my old car and it rides a LOT smoother.

My husband even likes this car!

After the Accident on Friday 10/9/09

Friday night I had a little mishap with

my car on the way home from work.

Paul, Pam & Corey took me to the hospital to make sure

that little boy Burnell was okay.

He seemed to be fine. They kept me for two hours and

everything seemed okay so they released me.

I went and had a sonogram on Monday 10/12/09

and the little guy is just fine.....

a little on the larger side.

He is measuring a week further along than what my due date is.

I'm 27 weeks and he measures at 28 weeks.

I'm just glad that the baby and myself are okay....
and thank God that Zach was not with me.

Halloween....

Work, Work, Work

or should I say Play, Play, Play.....

While we were in Springfield, MO

we did have a little time for fun!!!

This is one of the pictures from the "Strip Mall" we had taken.
It was a true strip mall too. It had about 8 or so stores
and every one of them were "strip" oriented.

We didn't go in any of the stores, BUT
we couldn't pass up the opportunity to show all the others
that had to stay back and hold down the fort at the bank!!!

They have these gas stations all over....
we just thought it was too funny to pass up.
We had a truck driver take the picutre for us.....
Burnel wanted no part in this one...wonder why??? He He He

All in all, we did have a good trip.
It was a long time being away from Zach & Corey that long....
but I learned alot.

This past month has been crazy at work
and I can't wait for it to slow down.
I need some time with my family....
Not sure if they even rememeber me,
I've been gone so much lately.
Maybe next month things will be better....

We will see!!!!

Outnumbered!!!!!

Well, we went for our sonogram yesterday, Tuesday, August 18th and low and behold the baby was willing to cooperate and let us know.....Zach is going to get a baby BROTHER!!!!

Zach wasn't too sure what to think at first because he really wanted a baby sister, but Dad (Corey) told him he would be like Uncle John & Uncle Chad becasue they are brothers.

Then he was okay with having a brother. We had to find a book with baby names because boys' names we had not even considered yet. Zach wants to name the baby John or Chad!!!

How cute is that??? He loves his uncles.

I'm pretty sure Corey is excited to be getting another boy. He likes the idea of outnumbering me. Ha Ha Ha

I was going to post baby pictures on here but they didn't turn out so sorry.

to help them in the ride....not my kid....

Zach said this ride was like a "Tickle-belly hill".
It gets your stomach like a hill does.

of Holi-dog Roller Coaster.

Of course we hit the water park too and had a blast there also.
I just didn't have my camera out to get any of those photos.

16 Weeks & Kicking

Wednesday night I was lying in bed trying to get comfortable and I felt the baby kick for the first time!!! We are 16 weeks along. Last night I was playing with Zach and thought I wanted to see if it would kick again. Low and behold it gave me one whopping kick!! We can't wait to find out what the baby is on August 18th as long as he/she cooperates.

Holiday World Fun

Holiday World here we come!!!! This is a picture from last year.

Hopefully this year Corey gets to go with us.

We are heading to Holday World next week one day....hopefully it's warm on the day we go. I can't wait to watch Zach have so much fun. I will post some pics as soon as we get back.

This is one of Zach's favorite rides. I just know that one of these days he's going to be my little roller coaster rider. I just can't wait!!!
